Connecticut parents claimed a school district is indoctrinating elementary school students about transgenderism, including with a book for kindergarteners.
Officials of the West Hartford Public Schools told parents that they could not opt out from the materials, according to a release from advocacy group Parents Defending Education. The reading list for kindergarteners included the book “Introducing Teddy,” according to a lesson sheet shared with The Daily Caller News Foundation.
“One sunny day, Errol finds that Thomas is sad, even when they are playing in their favorite ways. Errol can’t figure out why, until Thomas finally tells Errol what the teddy has been afraid to say: ‘In my heart, I’ve always known that I’m a girl teddy, not a boy teddy. I wish my name was Tilly, not Thomas,’” the summary for the children’s book reads.
“I Am Jazz,” which relates the story of transgender reality star Jazz Jennings, also appears on the reading list for fifth graders.

“Teaching elementary students that their parents assigned them their gender at birth but may have gotten it wrong because anatomy is separate from gender is an obscene example of adults using ideology to confuse and manipulate children’s minds,” Erika Sanzi of Parents Defending Education told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “The fact that parents are not permitted to opt their children out of this content based in gender ideology is so sinister, it’s hard to believe it’s even legal.”

Teachers, administrators, and board members of schools promoting transgender perversion to kindergartners should be charged as child sex abusers and be placed under restraining orders limiting the distance they can be near children under 16.

The front phalanx of the perversion promoters decades ago began getting their propagandist into teaching positions, infiltrating the law enforcement academies and training programs of Christian and Jewish clergy, the military, law enforcement, and the rest of academe.
While you fight, parents, for heaven’s sake get your kids out of those schools.
Same with homosexual perversion. Transgenderism is just a variation on a theme.
I read a very simple way to describe transgenderism:

Chimera is a complex word that has definitions beyond that of a mythical animal, and as such seems to uniquely apply.

On the Catholic radio network EWTN the psychologist Dr.Ray Guarendi had to give advice to a mother today. Her son in the 6th grade is begging her to get him out of that class because one boy is hitting on him daily for a homosexual affair, and an older boy is pushing for him to turn gay to please him, too. Outrageous.
Dr. Guarendi had to advise the mother avoid the harsh “bad things they could do to him if it’s too obvious” but still have the boy stand up to them no matter what.
Incredible how the gay agenda has put good people in the minority. “Intolerant” and “bigoted” as we now are called for being normal.
Flood every school board meeting. Kick out the school board. Run for school board. Demand the Supt. and Principal be fired. Volunteer in your child’s classroom. Book burning is bad but...

Opt out of the schools in the short term and fight like mad. West hartford is a wealthy community that has many traditional peoples like orthodox jews.
I don’t see taking your kids out of one school and sending them to another as appeasement. If there aren’t enough kids at the school, it will force the school to change or shut down.
Parents who formally withdraw their kids actually do some damage, because the district loses money.
If parents really want to stick it to the district, audit it. My bet is there are all kinds of unethical and illegal things going on that would benefit from some sunshine.
The second definition from the Oxford Dictionary fits:
a thing that is hoped or wished for but in fact is illusory or impossible to achieve.
