A lot of states are suing, this just consolidates all the suits into one jurisdiction/court so it can be handled more simply. Then it will likely go on to the SCOTUS.

11 to 5 GOP to Dem nominees—and yet we can’t be sure at all about the bulk of GOP judges. That is a big part of how the uniparty thwarts the will of the people—and yet many Freepers are still blind to it.

A lot of states are suing, this just consolidates all the suits into one jurisdiction/court so it can be handled more simply. Then it will likely go on to the SCOTUS. There's no "likely" about it. Either way the 6th rules, it's headed for the USSC.
