Can’t talk about ‘victims’ other crimes.
Is that really the law where you can’t bring up witnesses past crimes? Doesn’t seem right.

They dismissed 2 separate DUI charges and expunged his felony criminal record so they wouldn’t have to prosecute him for being a felon with a gun.
Apparently, he never had a ccw permit.

If the defense team did bring it up, I missed it. I suspect they avoided it, because Lefty (the sole surviving dirtbag in this story) has never been "officially" tied to the group - and the information about Antifa's training practices is third-hand or worse, so it would be discarded as hearsay. Unfortunately, any agents that the FBI may have inside Antifa are probably serving as liaison officers, not undercover investigators.

Not buying the story line. Both those guys had been after Rittenhouse for blocks along with others. At least 3 other guys attack Rittenhouse before Huber. He doesn’t shoot at any of them.
Huber is actually pulling on the gun when it goes off. He may have effectively shot himself.

I’m wondering if the “gun gun gun” was actually a signal to take out the gun to use it against Kyle. Two guys were there and one is dead. Rosenbaum. Ziminski wasn’t called by the prosecutors but he had a gun and fired the first shot. Defense never suggested it.
Rosenbaum was hiding behind the cars for the ambush. Ziminski was there to cover his escape route.
He supposedly had a felony burglary charge that was expunged very recently, 2 DWIs that were dismissed days before the trial, 2 charges for a gun while intoxicated in which he did not have a permit and prowling.
Either way, he had a firearm while committing riot.
Almost immediately, the man who had struck Rittenhouse with his skateboard, Anthony Huber, hit him with the skateboard again, and Rittenhouse fired a single round, killing Huber.
A third man, Gaige Grosskreutz, saw this and approached Rittenhouse with his hands up. However, when Rittenhouse looked down for a split second, Grosskreutz pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Rittenhouse’s head. Rittenhouse fired a single shot, striking Grosskreutz in the arm.
Jump Kick Man, whose attack on Rittenhouse (and Rittenhouse’s subsequent response) arguably led to both Huber’s and Grosskreutz’s actions (and Rittenhouse’s response to them), has never been identified—until now.

This is not exactly correct. I watched dozens of video that night and subsequent days. Grosskreutz approached with the gun drawn and clearly visible and pointed at Kyle. He then faked backing down by raising his hands - holding the gun so that the barrel was pointed up.
Kyle - showing great restraint/control, somewhat lowered his gun. Then when it appeared that Kyle wasn’t looking at him, Grosskreutz aimed the gun again seeming to lunge toward Kyle, and that’s when he was shot.
Had he not attempted that, he likely would not have been shot.
I also don’t buy that those pukes would not have attacked Kyle had it not been for “Jump Kick Man”. They were part of the pack that was after him, and once they caught up to him, they were gonna do what violent felons do.
Kyle in addition to his skill, had to have had a guardian Angel watching out for him to have survived that night. Thank God for that.
I agree with you also having seen the videos and stills of this happening.
