When he was on the stand, I’m sure he stated he didn’t know his ccw permit was expired.
He supposedly had a felony burglary charge that was expunged very recently, 2 DWIs that were dismissed days before the trial, 2 charges for a gun while intoxicated in which he did not have a permit and prowling.
Either way, he had a firearm while committing riot.
