A conversation about how the jury is going to exit the courthouse after a verdict should be part of the jury brief?
The walk to car afterwards, walking besides men with SideArms and some might even have AR15s.

I hope every night, at least once a night, he has a dream with a large mob carrying skateboards chasing, chasing, chasing him, getting closer, and closer until finally he trips and the people in front start raising their skateboards at which time he wakes up in a cold sweat.

I don’t care if she was naked.
I might take second look but it’s still not ok to rape her.

Now I’ve heard it all... a prosecutor who says you SHOULD fire warning shots. Okay
Not just a prosecutor, the current occupant of the White House is on the record saying the same thing...and the clear choice of 81 million Americans can be wrong.

That double standard is about as wide as the Grand Canyon.
To: conservative98
Therefore, he said, the actions of the mob of rioters who chased him were “entirely reasonable.” He added that “the crowd has the right to stop another shooting,” and was right to chase Rittenhouse, supposedly to stop him. Rioters chasing a guy with a gun is not "entirely reasonable". It is entirely stupid.
Trying to kill Rittenhouse with a very large skateboard isn't too bright, either; nor is pointing a gun at Rittenhouse's very smart.

Rittenhouse is a proxy. The prosecution is really arguing that businesses do not have a right to defend themselves when rioters set upon them, regardless of the reasons for the riots.

This is a political show trial.
The point is to tell the normies, “DON’T dare try to do anything when we are rioting or looting. Just stand down like the police do and dare you defend your community we will destroy YOU.”

This lying little mealy-mouthed scumbag is an illustration for why people distrust the government.

Wow. Should folks need to understand law before practicing it? This prosecutor is the epitome of the "everyone 'deserves' a college eduction" crowd.

You can absolutely object to closing arguments.
As a matter of face, the defense has out up some weak objections, but not to this whopper.

Jesus.
Surprised Binger didn't add "and if the jury doesn't vote the way we want it to, the mob is justified in chasing them like they did with Kyle Rittenhouse"
The guy is more or less saying that.
To: conservative98
The prosecutor also mentioned no reasonable person would be downtown that night. Well except the rioters setting fire to whatever they could find. That’s perfectly reasonable...
But then again, there were a few times when Dinger came off as very childish when he attempts to project his own thoughts and words on Kyle Rittenhouse
