We have far too many “woke” scum on this jury
I’m concerned about how the jury will rule as well, but that’s a different thing.
It’s closing arguments. The prosecution (and the defense) can make almost any argument they want.

Judge has asked the jury to step out of the courtroom twice within a few minutes. Not good for the prosecutor. Tells the jury that the prosecutor has huge problems.
First of all, the crowd that assaulted him didn’t witness what happened. They might have attacked the wrong person in mistaken identity, for all they knew. There were other people with similar guns there.
The crowd wanted vengeance before all else. They were not interested in turning him over to law enforcement.
He was not an active shooter. He was not firing at anyone or pointing the weapon at anyone. He was clearly trying to get out of the area after shooting the man who attacked him. Those with that man tended to him, so his presence was not needed, and was only likely to make the situation worse.
The crowd might merely have followed him while calling the police, so long as he was clearly not seeking to shoot anyone else. The third man shot didn’t need to come up upon him to try to attack him. He might hung back a distance, with his gun at the ready, if he was truly concerned about Rittenhouse being an active shooter.
I’m still impressed that Kyle was able to neutralize the Grosskreutz threat by wounding his gun arm. I thought that only happened in old movies and/or TV shows.
