community leaders fear that Black and Latino kids are falling behind Instead of bitching, they should be thankful (if it's even true).

All kids have to prove vaccinations to attend school. All babies are on the same vax schedule for the first year. The clinics definitely give them. What do they want? Invitations? Door-to-door visits by a health nurse? At some point people have to take responsibility and stop making excuses. I see it my city. The more that is done, the less gets solved.
Either the schools are failing to do this simple check, or they are ignoring the law.

Is it a disparity if it is a choice made by an adult?

“Racial disparities in kids’ vaccinations are hard to track”
It’s amazing that a statement like that is put in to lead the problem in the direction of racial disparities and then defining the problem throiu8ghout the article of the blacks and latinos are just not coming in. So blame it on race”
Leave it to the AP to try to incite a problem. Sharpton and/or Jackson could buy the “news source” and then go into semi retirement.

You can’t repeat the Tuskegee experiment without tracking by race.
The horror!

Health systems have released little data on the racial breakdown of youth vaccinations, and community leaders fear that Black and Latino kids are falling behind. No data, but "leaders" want to be victims anyway.
