Lawmaker Introduces Bill to Force Employer to Pay as Much as $1 Million Per Vaccine Injury If It Enforces Biden’s Mandate

A state lawmaker in Oklahoma is bringing forth a bill to fine employers as much as $1 million per vaccine injury if they enforce Biden’s unlawful federal vaccine mandate.

Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1106, the “Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act,” was submitted on Friday by State Sen. Rob Standridge. It is aimed at both public and private entities and individuals that mandate vaccines or other medical treatments as a condition of employment.

Employers who force medical treatments onto unwilling employees could be liable for $1 million in punitive damages if injured by that treatment, including forced Covid vaccinations.

“Many Oklahomans may not know that COVID-19 vaccines have already been given liability protection from the federal government,” Standridge said. “If an employee is required to receive the vaccine or some other medical treatment as a condition of employment and it causes that person harm, our citizens need to know they’ll have some recourse that will provide them with meaningful relief. That’s what my legislation will do.”

Oklahoma is quickly becoming one of the basest states in the nation. The state’s governor Kevin Stitt has also drawn the line on the Pentagon’s mandatory vaccination of National Guard troops.

As reported earlier, the Oklahoma National Guard unit has made itself clear to the Department of Defense it has no intention of enforcing its Covid-19 vaccine mandate. The commanding officers are allowing the troops to opt out of the requirement, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.

“The Oklahoma National Guard has rejected the Defense Department’s requirement for all service members to receive the coronavirus vaccine and will allow personnel to sidestep the policy with no repercussions, a potential blueprint for Republican governors who have challenged Biden administration mandates,” the Washington Post reported.

Sen. Rob Standridge is ONE of a small handful of politicians who are taking REAL ACTION and actually doing something to stop this silly $hit which has gone on for far too long.

Putting American businesses out of business for complying with federal law is plum stupid and certainly not conservative.

What federal law?

The article is misleading. I see no mention of “Biden’s mandate” in the description of the Oklahoma law.

“Biden’s mandate” has been blocked — at least temporarily — by a Federal court. This Oklahoma law is aimed at businesses that try to impose the stupid vaccine mandate anyway.

Don’t be an ass - the Federal Government is overstepping for “The Common Good”

Find me a Noble Cause Clause in the Constitution and I’ll apologize for calling you an ass.

A better bill would legalize open season on lawyers bringing covid lawsuits.

There might be a bounty for right ears of Covid lawyers

“Putting American businesses out of business for complying with federal law is plum stupid and certainly not conservative.”

So would you also apply that standard to German businesses when given Nazi mandates to help round up and gas the Jews?

If not, where do you draw the line, given that we cannot even get truthful information out of the bunch running the country?

Putting American businesses out of business for complying with federal law is plum stupid and certainly not conservative.

When FedGov pushes liability to businesses vis a vis an un-Constitutional mandate and woke companies run by liberal idiots comply with them, it is absolutely Conservative to enforce the Constitution and hold those who comply with un-Constitutional "mandates" accountable for their actions.

BTW: please point to the LAW that Congress passed making these "mandates" legal. Thanks in advance.

Right on, I joined Freedom Flyers and became a participant in their lawsuit. Even tho my Religious waiver was approved, I don’t trust my company to turn and go back on the waiver( due to their wording on the waiver).I also have an employment lawyer lined up to take action against their masking and testing requirements ( still under review)….this boggles my mind, they say I need weekly testing to tell me if I am sick??? …I already had the C flu,… I want to drain the wallet of the company I work for ….madness….

Individual rights under 9th amendment > federal law.

The States need to protect business from onerous and/or unconstitutional federal law.

A federal law requiring the boss to rape my 16 yr old daughter should also be ignored.

No, I was talking about the real deep state operatives.

You should have known I was talking about the real ones when you saw that I used the qualifier, “low IQ.”
