Republican Sen. John Barrasso (Wyo.) on Sunday repeatedly refused to condemn President Donald Trump for defending protesters’ calls to “hang Mike Pence” during the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, with Barrasso instead praising the former president for bringing “a lot of energy to the party.”
“This Week” host George Stephanopoulos asked Barrasso four times whether he, or his party, takes issue with Trump defending calls by his supporters to kill the former vice president. Each time, Barrasso deflected.
“President Trump brings a lot of energy to the party. He’s an enduring force. Elections are about the future, not the past,” he responded at one point.

The weak-in-the-knees republicans know now that if they condemn Trump and his voters, then their days are numbered.
And just as an aside, the media NEVER ask ANY Democrat to condemn or disavow ANYTHING.

Pence did his best Pontius Pilate impersonation in January this year.
He did so for his own political survival, such as it is, and not because it would have been right to challenge the election corruption.

When did Trump defend “Hang Mike Pence” chants? What exact words were said, if any, when, and where? These slimy bastards will stoop to anything.
Let’s pose some similarly fair questions for Barrasso:
Do you condemn those who say that Stephanopoulos had sex with both Clintons to get his WH job? How about his child molestation habit?
“I wanna hang with Mike Pence” is probably what was said. They just said “I wanna” and “with” real low.
