Sorry if you don't "get it" robert. Guess you think comparing the current regime in Australia is sort of like turning the land down unduh back into a penal colony isn't a proper comparison either? For the unvaxxed, life will be miserable and very lonely according to the govt.

Couple of capable artists, and each is entitled to his own way of thinking.

Hope the parting is amicable.

I’d guess there are artists that Clapton would refuse to appear with, too.

Pretty sure Eric will muddle through without him.

I hope Clapton is able to find another guitarist that wants to play on stage with him!

Cray is excellent. Sad to hear he’s such a snowflake because I don’t get this reaction at all.

Maybe Cray should have a serious conversation with Clapton about bad reactions to the “vaccine”. Clapton knows quite a lot about that.

Saw EC a couple months ago with Jimmie Vaughn as the warm up. Great show by both, nothing political involved.

As far as Robert Cray, I like his work well enough, but:

Let’s go Robert Cray!

Good Lord bands used to be anti social. Now they’re pro fascism.

We can’t have edgy rock bands perish the thought!

Liked Cray’s music, but didn’t realize he was an idiot, until now.

" . . . after the latter released a song last year comparing lockdowns to slavery."

It seems obvious that the song is using "slavery" and "chains" in their common metaphorical sense, and not as a literal comparison to slavery.

It'll be all fun and games for Bobby Cray until he gets the sixth, seventh or eighth boost.

He should check in with Hank Aaron and Colon Powell.  winking face

So nobody can use the world “slave”, anywhere in the world, unless you were born black in America, 90 years after it ended.

Idiot.

It would be nice if Cray worried as much about actual oppression and slavery as much as the word itself.

Nothing like throwing a pity party for yourself and having the Washington Post back you up. The Washington Post knows who props up White Liberal Elite power...and who they can help cancel... Thugs.

Let’s go Bradon.
