President Biden’s controversial, Soviet-born pick to lead a key branch of the Treasury Department admitted in a newly unearthed video that she “wants” traditional fuel industries “to go bankrupt.”
Saule Omarova, Biden’s pick to be the comptroller of the currency, was filmed calling coal, oil and gas “troubled industries” in which “a lot of the small players … are going to probably go bankrupt.”
“At least, we want them to go bankrupt if we want to tackle climate change, right?” she said in the now-viral clip.
The Cornell University law professor made the remarks in February during a “Social Wealth Seminar” event hosted by the Jain Family Institute, a nonprofit research organization, Fox News said.
By Thursday, they had been viewed more than 1.5 million times on Twitter after being shared by the American Accountability Foundation (AAF).

DeSantis wants Florida to kick OSHA out of the state. DeSantis has stated that he will bus illegals to Delaware(something he should have already done without telling anyone, IMHO).
Well, if SC, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, all the midwestern States(I know Michigan and Illinois wouldn’t), Idaho, the Dakota’s, Wyoming, and Utah formed a bloc with Florida, things would change and they would change quickly.
It would be nice if NC were to join in, but that state might be too far gone.
But, outside of DeSantis, all the states I mention have nothing but RINOs in government and are greedy to the Nth degree and afraid of their own shadows.

In actuality, “management” has very little power. Its power is to set an agenda and put in place the tools to carry out that agenda. But anything the governor wants to do is subject to all kinds of arguments, limitations and “deals” he’ll have to make to get the funding. When you’re talking about a large group of people, even your people, and you want to pass a law stating, “Okay, everyone has the right to breathe,” some of your people will force deals to get their vote. That’s just the way it is. So, DeSantis smacks his fist on the podium and makes threats. But the best possible outcome for him is that the threats cause certain people to take the actions he wants now rather than be embarrassed by his actions later.
I’ve been the “change agent” for enough companies to witness people who would benefit from the change management wants say, “Oh, yeah? Well, f*** you. I won’t let it happen.” And, you might say, well fire them. It just doesn’t work that way. I’ve seen employees exercise their petty power and kill the company so they lose their own jobs.
