I wonder if it is possible to bring legal action against the DOJ/FBI for an unlawful raid, confiscation and leaking of constitutionally protected information (ie: attorney/client communications), without them being able hide behind “It’s an ongoing investigation” or “not if the client was conspiring to commit illegal actions with said attorney” BS? ? ?

Assuming for the sake of argument that the diary was stolen, why is the FBI involved? It is an item of no intrinsic monetary value, and petty theft is a local police matter. Even local police do not stage early morning raids in such investigations. Indeed, there is usually NO investigation pf such a minor matter. The report is filed, and that’s it. So why is the FBI even involved in this, and why are they breaking down doors? Intimidation seems the only answer.
The FBI and DOJ have more in common with Satan than they do with George Washington.
