Assuming for the sake of argument that the diary was stolen, why is the FBI involved? It is an item of no intrinsic monetary value, and petty theft is a local police matter. Even local police do not stage early morning raids in such investigations. Indeed, there is usually NO investigation pf such a minor matter. The report is filed, and that’s it. So why is the FBI even involved in this, and why are they breaking down doors? Intimidation seems the only answer.
The FBI and DOJ have more in common with Satan than they do with George Washington.
Almighty God’s Divine Fury cannot come soon enough for all of these evil creatures.

First, you’d have to find both a prosecutor and a judge that isn’t (justifiably) afraid of thugs in the FBI who are perfectly capable of, and perfectly willing to manufacture evidence against someone that stands against them.
What in fact they are doing is exactly the opposite. They are giving Project Veritas some notice as a reality based investigative organization. The FBI has lost credibility with the public because of Biden and his misuse of the Bureau. Biden is ruining everything he touches.

Like most real journalists, almost all their tips come from disgruntled or angry or outraged government or other workers.
For example, Tucker Carlson just got a tip off from someone deep inside the NSA about how the NSA is spying on Tucker and reading his mail. The Biden NSA is totally anti Tucker, yet Tucker keeps getting tips from NSA operatives. Tucker simply checked to see if what he guy said about his mail was true and it was.
Project Veritas will keep getting tips about nefarious and illegal activities of the Biden regime because Veritas are currently about the best real investigative journalists in the business.
