And Bannon indicated no willingness to deal with the panel until those legal matters are sorted out.
Meh, the presumption of innocence is just fluffy procedure talk to distract people from the substance. Like ‘separation of pwers’ is somehow going to prevent three branches from working in cahoots against the people.
I’m not sure that I could trust anyone who is not in contempt of congress.
I’m willing to bet that the contempt that I have for Congress is one hell of a lot deeper and more intense than the contempt that Mr. Bannon may have.

Whatever business the DC District Court wants to conduct against members of the public. They issue every indictment that appears as an indictment on that court's criminal docket.
Likely seated for 6 month terms. Probably made up of DOJ employees, LOL.
