Judge rejects attempt by Brnovich to block COVID-19 vaccine mandate

A federal judge on Wednesday rejected a bid by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to block President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal employees and contractors.

U.S. District Court Judge Michael Liburdi, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, said he was not buying arguments that it’s illegal for the president to impose such a mandate when he is not requiring the same of people entering the country illegally.

Liburdi, a Trump appointee, suggested he was not convinced Biden’s mandate forces anyone to do anything or that anyone’s rights of “bodily integrity” were being violated — something Brnovich argued.

Remember, Big Pharma has literally billions of dollars to spend on corrupting judges with either bribes or blackmail.

In a world that recognizes the existence of liberals all judges, high-ranking government officials and politicians should go through an eight-week boot camp just to qualify to run or be appointed to office.

There potential candidates could be trained to recognize how political corruption works and the basics of the Constitution. OF COURSE that won't stop all corruption or make them all know the Constitution but can we at least make a minimum effort?

the word “Shall” means MANDATORY

the word “may” means advisory only

The inferior lower courts created by Congress have NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to even Hear a case when the STATE is a PARTY

READ THE FRIKKIN CONSTITUTION. And tell the Judge to POUND SAND, then Arrest and Prosecute him on Constitutional Violations and Usurping the Rights of a Free State and it’s citizens in Direct Violation of the US Constitution.

Sarcasm off. The fact is Trump got EVERY high level appointment wrong. And it gets really ugly when one considers the one’s he left in place. He had great intentions but at the end of the day he got royally played and it continues to this day as he has no idea of the hell his vaccines are wreaking on the country today and in the months and years to come.
