Weeks after the only In-N-Out Burger in San Francisco was closed down by health officials for failing to follow, COVID-19 protocols, it is unclear whether or not the burger chain will adhere to the latest vaccine mandate set out by the city of Los Angeles.

On Tuesday, CBSLA’s Chris Holmstrom visited five of the 15 In-N-Out locations in L.A.. He was never asked to provide any sort of vaccine verification, or even verbally questioned about his vaccine status.

What a jerk

You want to cause a riot. Shut down the In-N-Outs in Southern California. They may lean hard left there, but there are certain things you don’t mess with.

Yeah he’s a muckraker.

I appreciate they are putting up some resistance but with the “show me your papers please” mandate now applying to all of Los Angeles County, it will be hard for them to physically or financially resist. But they may have legal options. IANAL but it seems to me the government is forcing people to hire extra staff or pay them extra hours, and also put their employees at extra risk of physical confrontation with patrons. This whole thing is just a bad idea and makes no “scientific” sense anyway. Vaxxed or not you can still catch and spread covid. You can spread it all over, carry it across county lines, state lines, in elevators, stairway railings, buses, trains, doorknobs...

I have never even seen an In-N-Out Burger place. It was only recently that I saw what the Logo was. One thing for certain is that Fast Food places are not even close to what they were during my youth. They all suck.

I would definitely try a burger from one of those places but since I expect to never travel to California again, that seems an unlikely prospect.

I hope that this woman can hang tough. Our elected officials just about everywhere have clearly lost their minds. What can they be thinking?

Showing an ID in order to be able to purchase a hamburger is absolutely madness.

I hope they don’t. I have been going there more often since I heard they were resisting.

The one in Hollywood isnt following the mandate. For now? One of our employees came from there last night and he ate with his GF. No questions asked.

You can go to Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado or Utah and get one.

They are good ... they’ll give you an extra packet of spread if you dig the sauce thing.

DeSantis is actively courting In-N-Out, and they are actively considering the move.

In and out is like chik fil a. They employ a lot of young people and they are always polite and positive. The menu is limited but the food is good. I like the burgers. I had one yesterday evening. High quality meat and really good cheese. They are consistently good.

I don’t care for their fries because they use Kennebeck potatoes which are a little less firm than Russet potatoes. Most people have no idea they are different. They make the fries from potatoes right on the premises not frozen coated fries like many other places.

The lines are long but that is because they are always busy. I personally don’t know how they are able to handle the steady stream of customers. You can see forty or fifty cars in the drive through line. If you have never tried them, you are lucky to have that in your future.

Considering LA Sheriff Department has said they will NOT be sending officers to ANY CoVID-19 Vax Pass calls, I don’t think In-N-Out in LA will comply.

The sheriff in LA County is refusing to enforce BLM Nazi vax dictates. In-N-Out Burger should move to LA. Let the yuppie SanFran freaks eat raw calamari.

Do not comply. Whether patron or business. Do not comply. Make them work, and make them feel emotional pain as they try to enforce. Mandates for EUAs are illegal. Period.

A God-fearing Sherriff would see to the arrest and prosecution of any schmuck trying to enforce these arbitrary rules. Can’t say they exist in CA, let alone lawyers who could take things where they need to go.

I was in Arizona a few weeks ago and made it a point to stop at an In-n-Out burger to see what the hype was about, as living in HELLINOIS I've never had one.

That was a DAMN' FINE BURGER!! CA's loss will be FL's gain, no doubt about it.

Seems to me CA is doing everything they can to get the PRODUCERS to move out of CA in favor of the MOOCHERS.

Just wait until CA figure out the MOOCHERS don't pay taxes and they run out of other people's money. Just sayin' ...
