I imagine that Kyle will continue to smile and look relaxed during the trial knowing that the prosecutors are total idiots, and that Judge Schroeder will continue to make humorous insertions from the bench (probably because he already knows how this trial will end with a directed verdict of innocence).
As Hawk Harrelson used to say, "Sit back, relax, and strap it down" cuz' no doubt this one is going to get jiggy.
I wouldn't be so sure of that.
Threats have already been made against the jury.

No one in the government needs to get involved with this until after the verdict lest they be accused of using their office to influence the outcome.
The Republican Party was going to railroad him until the grassroots on social media made impossible to say he wasn’t acting in self defense, just like they did to Nicholas Sandmann.

And the case can't be retried, although the corrupt prosecution might bring charges of jaywalking or spitting on the sidewalk or some other form of prosecutorial abuse.
Don’t get too excited or hopeful for a just outcome for this trial. An armed citizen killed two Marxist stormtroopers and wounded a third. This is just not acceptable to America’s ruling cabal. Rittenhouse despite all evidence will be found guilty of a felony, be sentenced to a prison under the control of the commissars and be harshly punished by the Marxist goons.
