A Nebraska woman will spend the rest of her life behind bars for the horrific abduction, torture, murder, and dismemberment of a female store clerk whom she met on Tinder. A three judge panel on Monday handed down a life sentence to Bailey Boswell, 26, after she was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2017 slaying of Sydney Loofe, prosecutors said.

It should be obvious to sensible people that LBGTQ people are mentally/emotionally disturbed, & therefore are potentially dangerous to those around them. For this reason I want nothing to do with any of them.

Judge Johnson along with Judge Darla Ideus voted in favor of sentencing Boswell to death. The lone holdout was Judge Peter Batailon, who said that he “could not find beyond a reasonable doubt that the state of Nebraska met its burden of proof as to this aggravating circumstance.”

She was the murderer, the guy was the accomplice. He gets death, she gets life. She has two get out of jail cards: gay/female.

After collecting evidence during the investigation, authorities arrested the pair on November 30, 2017. Trail ended up confessing that he strangled Loofe with an extension cord, then buried her body with the help of Boswell. Her body parts had been cut up with a “fine-toothed saw.”
Trail later told the Lincoln Star that Loofe’s death was an accident that happened while holding an object inside the victim’s mouth, unintentionally killing her during fantasy sexual role-playing. Trail reportedly said he never contacted police since he didn’t think anyone would believe him, given his alternative lifestyle.
She will be out in under 10 years.
