Why should any business comply without court approval if doesn’t want to?

Biden is following in the footsteps of top socialist leaders, telling everybody to not follow the law and violate the court rules that are like law. Biden is not very intelligent. If people start not following laws, next they will ignore his mandates. Not at all smart to suggest violating Court rulings for a president to do.
It’s cheaper to comply than to take the fine.
Companies do all sorts of stupid things because the governmenbt mandates it. I had a two man professional shop, and had to post all the “government regulation” posters.
By and large, companies care as much about employess as government cares about citizens. For companies, it’s all about the dollar and predictablility. The government will come down on a company like a ton of bricks anytime it wants to, so companies just do what they are told to do. Cost of business, pass it on.
Every poll swings widely depending on how the question is worded. I would hope that far fewer than 50% would approve of the mandate, no matter how it is worded.

This was the subject of a post the other day announcing the 5th Circuit’s decision.
I suggest everyone look at how the Obama Admin handled the adverse ObamaCare rulings. They simply ignored the decisions that went against them and treated only the pro-decisions as having merit.
So why do this? John Roberts. They know that he will cave. They know they own him.
My guess, he hears this before January 4th and declares no standing since the mandate isn’t in effect. Thereafter, he rules it is moot since it already had to be complied with.
This man isn’t a liberal, he isn’t a conservative, he is a coward. The worst kind.
If the government orders businesses to defy a court’s order, and the comply, functioning as an arm of the government, why wouldn’t those businesses expose themselves to being sued for civil rights violations?
70% of the public has been jabbed. That fraction is invested, and most of them probably think it fine to make others do what they did. "No big deal" sort of rationale, they don't think in terms of it being an infringement on personal liberty - it didn't interfere with THEIRS.
