LOL! California will lurch on, mainly because of those rich coastal enclaves. But for how long?
Keep letting them steal your $$ to fuel their dreams.
You have the means to leave...take your money and run....
Hint: they sell CA wines all over the country...even in FL.
He is right. We are heading toward medieval times.
He should have never mentioned an allergy to seafood. He just provided leftists a means to kill him.
Prima nocte…..that’s funny.

What is fascinating is that the masses are actually “voting” to go back to medieval times. I heard (or read stories) the same thing coming out of Russia when the Soviet Union fell. May Russians wanted the Soviet Union back since it, at the very least, kept them from starving to death. That safety blanket was worth all of the restrictions and control that the government put on the people.
What is the old saying about democracy? “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.” — H. L. Mencken
By the way, my goal, like Kurt’s, is to make sure I am wearing a crown when it is all said and done.
Bust up Big Tech and California will collapse immediately. Most of Hollywood has been gutted already - the films are made elsewhere.
Kalifornia is the last state that I would want to even visit. Especially the West Coast. I couldn’t take the earthquakes, the many landslides, the many forest fires they have. Thanks but no thanks.

There seems to be the assumption that there are real elections.
Not true and hasn’t been so for a while.
At all levels of government
Well, it may seem that way and there is voter fraud but I worked a polling station in Virginia last Tuesday and the people walking in with blue sample ballots (democrat of course) anecdotally dressed like the serf class.
Again, it is anecdotal but hard to not see that many vote to stay on the plantation.
Kurt strikes again!
Strangely, a different Kurt was the focus of my last reply, too.
That's the real secret of Communism's power: it is an alliance between a bunch of people at the top, who are very good at political intrigue, plus the unproductive at the bottom, against the productive middle class.
Lived in Ncal for 25 yrs, from Berkeley hills to Sonoma County. The same things that attracted me at 21 repelled me at 46. Blessed to be in Florida now.

Exactly.
But some are starting to fight back in places not even I suspected.

The city council in Oroville, California, voted 6-1 to deem itself a “Constitutional Republic City.”
Councilmembers voted in favor of the designation in an attempt to ignore state and federal orders they do not like.
“I think it’s time for us to draw a line in the sand,” the city’s vice mayor told CBS 13. “Enough is enough.”

“Prima nocte…..that’s funny.”
And prima nocte them good and hard.
Interesting
the column is no longer on the TownHall website?
He's right. The rest of us should be proud to toil so that the Hollywood aristocracy can enjoy the best things for us. Fatten them up a bit. Bugs aren't in our dietary future, they are.
They will not like it when they get shunned by the rest of us.
I am allergic to Lobster Rolls.
Send me some.
