What is fascinating is that the masses are actually “voting” to go back to medieval times. I heard (or read stories) the same thing coming out of Russia when the Soviet Union fell. May Russians wanted the Soviet Union back since it, at the very least, kept them from starving to death. That safety blanket was worth all of the restrictions and control that the government put on the people.
