The Nuremberg Code isn’t a basis for a cause of action. Folks who have cited the Nuremberg Code in COVID lawsuits thus far have had their cases dismissed and in many cases deemed “frivolous.”
This is why people pay for lawyers who actually went to law school to fight the mandates the correct way, rather than relying on social media tropes.

Some companies will move ahead with enforcement ASAP, despite this ruling.
My employer’s corporate HR arm immediately issued a collective Gorbasm when this mandate came out last week. I’m certain most of those above them are mandate-hesitant, given the crippling workforce problems they know will result.
But HR can’t wait to dive down into our pleading exemption requests and medical records.

They will then have to deal with multiple lawsuits. In the end, I believe the SCOTUS will rule the mandates as discriminatory.
Wait a minute. How come when Trump was president, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals was able to stop Trump's agenda nationwide? Their jurisdiction was Alaska, Hawaii and the West Coast.
Yes but Biden’s mandate on any business that contracts to the Feral gubermint still has to take the jab. For instance, Valero sells fuel to the government and are requiring employees to take it or hit the road.

Why can a single judge’s ruling affect the whole country, but the 5th circuit Court of Appeals’ stay can’t?
