My employer’s corporate HR arm immediately issued a collective Gorbasm when this mandate came out last week. I’m certain most of those above them are mandate-hesitant, given the crippling workforce problems they know will result.

They will then have to deal with multiple lawsuits. In the end, I believe the SCOTUS will rule the mandates as discriminatory.
