No.. fraud didn’t alter the election in Virginia, because THIS time the GOP was ready for it. The Republican poll watchers yesterday outnumbered the dems by 2-1. Further, the GOP watchers in Fairfax, Loudoun and Arlington were paid lawyers who were ready to jump with both feet on any hint of Chicanery.
