BREAKING: Judge Deals Biden Admin Major Blow, BLOCKS Them from Firing Unvaccinated Military and Civilian Workers

Joe Biden was dealt a major blow by federal workers who just won in court.

Biden’s coronavirus vaccine mandate put the jobs and livelihoods of many Americans at risk.

In a new ruling, judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued a temporary restraining order against the mandate.

This decision protects military and civilian employees from being fired while their requests for religious exemptions to Biden’s vaccine mandate are being heard.

“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” Kollar-Kotelly ordered.

This ruling came in the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.

When religious exemptions are denied and thousands of Americans lose jobs because of their faith in God…

Let me be clear: — I will sue you RELENTLESSLY

God is more important than money. — learn that lesson or I’ll teach it to you

— Mike Yoder (@Yoder_Esq) October 9, 2021

More from Western Journal:

The judge also ruled that “active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals,” according to Fox News.

The court further ordered that Biden and the top administration officials named in the lawsuit file a notice Friday to indicate whether they will agree that no plaintiff will be disciplined or terminated until there is a final ruling on the question of religious exemptions.

Twenty people had sued Biden and his top officials over the executive order that mandated vaccinations for all federal workers, civilian and military alike.

“The Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours,” attorney Michael Yoder, who represented those suing the administration, said in a statement.

“This combination is dangerous to American liberty,” Yoder said “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion.”

“With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread,” he said.

Love this line:

I hate to be a downer, but a temporary restraining order is not a MAJOR BLOW to Biden . . . it may just turn out to be a bump in the road - assuming that the administration decides to even listen to this judges advice.

He wouldn’t be able to fire them for their HIV status. That is still confidential.

Vax status should merit the same consideration.

Inch by inch the courts may be moving back toward sanity.

Right. And regardless, it’ll be brought to a higher court by the admin or whatever PTB for another roll.

This is like all the people who so gleefully believe Youngkin has to win VA because a few polls had him ahead by a squeaker.

Still have to bail out the boat until we get to the dock.

Biden will ignore it the way the DACA decisions and other were ignored.

These people have been working for 18 months with no problem...and if a case did come up..they quarantined and controlled further outbreak.

It works....the vaccines do NOT work. They do NOT prevent Covid. We know that absolutely.

OK, so now all these exemption reviews will be “fast tracked” with a rubber stamp of “NO”.
Then you will be fired.

This is nothing.

Definitely a step in the right direction. More of this, please.

P.S. I put in for a religious exemption with my company (DoD contractor) last week and it was granted almost immediately, no questions asked.

This is nothing.

Then what’s the point of posting on the thread?

Have you even read the ruling by the judge?

Ordinarily I'd say something like..."boy I'll bet this will make Biden chit his pants...".

But he probably already is.

Previous Federal District Courts had free reign to strike down any rule/policy POTUS Trump made, which continues currently with immigration policies.

Well, I know it. Got the China virus four months after my second shot. Now whether or not the vaccine helped me fend the virus off, I do not know.

I will say that of all the vaccines I’ve received over the decades, it is the only time I’ve gotten the disease the vaccine was supposed to protect against.

Glad to hear it. Heard on the radio this afternoon that they kicked 20+ Air Force Cadets out of Basic Training because they refused the jab. Hope THIS helps their cause.

Life is REALLY going to suck with no cops, no EMTs, no airline pilots, no surgeons and no troops!

My Niece and her husband refuse to get the jab on religious grounds. She’s a Cardiac Nurse and he’s an Insurance Guy. If anyone will lose their job over it, it’ll be my Niece, but she is 100% committed to the cause. So PROUD of her!

Had a dental appointment today, too. My Hygienist has already told our Dentist that if the ADA or he mandates a jab, she and three others are ready to walk.

People ARE taking this seriously. And, GOOD! We all should!
