Thursday’s press briefing exposed state officials’ utter disregard for election law and their inability to stop flagrant misconduct before elections. The WEC knew full well it was directing clerks to violate mandatory provisions of Wisconsin’s election code and so did the clerks, yet the lawlessness went unstopped.
Yet not only did no one stop the WEC’s directive, unless someone steps up to prosecute those responsible for directing this apparent violation of election law, it seems unlikely there will be any consequences to the state election officials.
Not only are there no consequences, but there is also no outrage beyond a few on the right screaming into the void that election integrity matters. The corrupt corporate media ignores the story and the left spins it.
No wonder, then, we see election officials throughout the country blatantly ignoring the rules that state legislatures have established for elections.
The 2020 presidential election was not a one-off for election irregularities, but a test year for the new normal of election fraud.
Election officials in Fairfax County, Virginia showcased this reality two weeks ago once the governor’s race there turned tight, by adopting a policy to ignore the statutory mandate that absentee ballot applicants include the final four digits of their Social Security numbers with their signature. Friday then saw a state court judge dismissed a lawsuit challenging that law, finding the plaintiff in the case lacked standing to sue.
With the election set for Tuesday and absentee ballots already returned, Virginia is destined to repeat the cycle seen throughout the country in 2020: violations of election law with no consequences.
If Laws Can Be Ignored, They Don’t Exist
Arizona and Georgia, while conducting audits, have apparently failed to do the legwork necessary to follow-up on potential illegal voting or fraud.

If laws are broken but not prosecuted then they don't exist either. So why hasn't the Sheriff charged and arrested anyone?
Until courts put a stop to it, nothing will change.
And Courts don’t seem interested I stopping if.
From article “The 2020 presidential election was not a one-off for election irregularities, but a test year for the new normal of election fraud”
Gov Tony was elected with plenty of cheating. There same halt the counting and wake up the next morning surprise. One of the Milwaukee flunkies actually said it was a test for the 2020 election.
No consequences makes it effectively legal and certainly SOP.
I have been saying that the most we could hope for from the Big Steal of 2020 was improved election security.
Apparently, I was optimistic. What we got was a new standard of vote fraud.
Outrage can only exist when the public becomes aware. We don’t know if Wisconsin residents are totally aware.

Yet going into the 2020 election, repeated warnings on FR that the upcoming election would see major cheating, met with ridicule and name calling on FR.

WI residents are just like residents in other states who are aware : puffy chests and armchair generaling, and back to guzzling beer and eating bacon, doing the laundry, and burping the baby
The results of America’s aware residents’ actions reinstated DJT ... oh I guess that’s just more fairy dust.
“So why hasn’t the Sheriff charged and arrested anyone?”
The Sheriff is not the DA, so he can’t charge anyone. The DA has refused to prosecute.
Because the DA won’t prosecute them.
The election was riddled with FRAUD .
DEMOCRATS CHEAT AND LIE.
VOTE,THEM OUT !!!
>So why hasn’t the Sheriff charged and arrested anyone?
The Sheriff does not charge. The DA or AG does. If/when they issue warrants, then the Sheriff can arrest.
What was the DA's excuse? How many people did the sheriff turn over for charges?
How many names has the Sheriff turned over to the DA for prosecution?
It’s a catch 22. The sheriff doesn’t investigate because the DA tells him he won’t prosecute. Why waste the manpower when the DA drops all charges?
Yes. The Walker/Trump parallels go well beyond the way each narrowly lost their elections to old, gray, unpopular men who had nothing to offer and didn’t campaign.
You also do it because you are a Sheriff and the law requires you to investigate crime, and the citizen is s citizen of your county.
You hold a press conference and announce that a law was violated based on a complaint filed in your county. You document it and determine the law was broken and refer it to the state’s attorney general. You did it before, but are doing it again to show everyone he is a corrupt Soros bought SOB and that you are not.
In this case others in the state have called for decertification of the election due to fraud. Their Senator,Johnson I believe, has moved from saying there was fraud to we need to examine fraud in our state. It moved the needle.
