It just applies to those suing the federal government who are seeking religious exemptions.

Its not a big blanket order.

No kidding. This thing should have been squashed the day it was issued.

cabosh = kibosh

Caboshed definition, (of an animal, as a deer) shown facing forward without a neck: a stag's head caboshed.

To the extent OSHA has any congressional authorization with respect to vaccine mandates, it is to protect employees from injuries incurred as a result of workplace vaccine mandates.

The courts will acknowledge this. Jab-happy employers should brace for lawsuits.— Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) October 29, 2021

We’ll see who has the cojones when this gets to the Supreme Court.

Four of the nine the liberals and Roberts are lost causes.

Will Alito, Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas have the guts to stop this, that is the question?

We conservatives have been strung along to vote Republican all the time so the Supreme Court will change....

Thomas has the guts to do it. Thomas is probably the best person we've had in DC in my lifetime. Every time I gripe about Bush the Elder, of which he deserved a lot of criticism, there's always that bit that we owe Bush Sr for putting Thomas on the Court.

Thomas and Alito are the only reliable conservative justices. Unfortunately can’t say the same for Trump’s 3 picks. Painful to admit that too.

Clarence Thomas was needed to atone for other Republican court nominees over the years from Sandra Day O’Connor to Anthony Kennedy to John Roberts.

The Texas abortion law gets argued Monday before the high court.

After 40 years of GOP promises to the Pro-Life, Conservative Christian voters are we getting anywhere?

Those five justices have a lot riding on their decisions on the Texas law and other state abortion law in Mississippi they will hear arguments on in December.

Those three didn’t give a **** about the election chicanery but when they decide about abortion laws in Texas and Mississippi after they hear arguments in the next month or so.

Whoa!

We will know a lot about whether all this drama about court nominees being “conservative” was “the real deal” or a “big con job”.

Does anyone have an explanation for why this article states a TRO was issued and a later post to FR (linked below) states that the Biden administration denied the judge’s “request”?

The comments in the thread below didn’t seem to resolve the question.
