The Garland letter, which I posted elsewhere isn’t in itself particularly nasty. The nasty thing is his belief that the FBI needs to be brought into these local scuffles, and that parents need to let the school administrators to do what they want.
Very nasty that school administrators covered up two rapes in their own schools.
Respect is EARNED, not automatically granted because some doof is appointed Pooh-Bah. This doof has enough intelligence to realize he has betrayed his oath of equal justice under law, has promoted corruption in his own family, and targets only political opponents. Merrick Garland deserves no respect, he is neither moderate nor ethical.
