In Texas, the National Guard actually guards the State
In PA, NY and MA, the Governor offers the national guard as free leftist political labor to drive school busses or staff health clinics where they’ve fired the staff.
Why would ANYONE join the Guard in those places??

National Guard troops have Police Powers. Watch the DOD try to activate them and Abbott will veto their redeployment. Things are getting right interesting down there. This is one of the flashpoints for bigger things in the Fed vs State conflicts.
They’ll find a federal judge from Hawaii’s federal appeals court that will issue a stay - just watch
