80% of the entire NT population lives in 3 cities with Darwin being the largest at 150,000 people. The entire population of the NT is 250,000.

With 4/5 of the population crammed into three cities it will be easy for the tyrants to pursue and oppress anti-vaxers unless those people can survive in the NT outback which is twice as large as Texas.
