Yeah, I almost called it Global Communism. China seems to be their role model of a nation.

The SCOTUS DID NOT weigh in.

One justice weighed in. He is not the Supreme Court.

What I am about to say is from the 1980s near Watts, California.

A judge was beaten nearly to death by gang members. After that incident for which no one was arrested, this Judge was not allowed to step down and instead became an “owned” Judge. The Judge always ruled leniently against connected members of the prevalent gang known as “OGs”.

It was the first time I came close to understanding the script in Godfather Part 1:

TATTAGLIA
“Yes, Don Barzini — he’s too modest. He had all the judges and politicians in his pocket. He refused to share them.”

The LA drug gangs in the 1980s were so strong, they controlled judges and their ourts.

So I learned that courts are not about justice, they are about power. If you have the power meaning money or control of money, you get justice. If you don’t have it, you get the shaft.

If it didn’t hear an appeal it did not make any findings...it did not “weigh in”

What if the so-called “vaccine” is crap, and kills people?? Can businesses force employees to do anything, so long as it they’re doing it with good intentions? It’s amazing they won’t even considr the case.

SCOTUS has lost its moral authority. The people have an obligation to practice widespread civil disobedience now.

Time for COVID to do us a favor and take out Breyer. He’s making a mockery of the Supreme Court.

tarting to seem like every “law school” like Yale, Harvard and others bought into communism decades ago. —
Actually, they are agnostic on the superficial form of government. what is taught as an inevitability is one world government. Government leaders have in common, all are working toward ceding substantial parts of national control to regional (e.g, European Union) and eventually global oversight. The “national” leaders get to keep their plantations.

There seems to be a preference for democracy and popular election, but these are facades. The ruling class is closed to outsiders, but outsiders must be led to believe they have enough autonomy, that the public will not rebel against the ruling class

I believe our govt has been Communist or crony capitalist since 1861, sorry Lincoln fans. But I agree the facade that we all have a say has been going on for a long time. They want the vote to be about 50 % for each of the fake parties in order for the people to believe they have a chance of getting their way on any given issue. Just one of the reasons they feared Trump. More minorities were coming to his side and we would have had a big majority that could have changed anything. They knew the gig was up.

Some are still working to change the Republican party and I hope they succeed.

By federal law there can be no mandates with an experimental vaccine. Which is what we have.

This is a friggin’ state issue, much as it pains me to say so.

The Feds do not need to be involved in this.

The decision was correct.

Some have argued that it is a fourth amendment issue so is in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.

That may be the case, but it didn’t help George Wallace to raise that argument regarding Alabama’s school system.

It’s not amazing. It’s called the 10th amendment.
