There is no credible way that you can “accidentally” attach those kind of documents to an email and address it to the media. The person who sent the email clearly tended to do exactly what they did. Whether or not it was authorized is a different question.
No one accidentally releases all that info on that many people to the libtard media. They knew exactly what they were doing.
The responsible parties need to have all their personal information released. SSNs, the whole lot. Broadly published. They need to see how it feels.
