True. But how much Hell can be wrought upon... uh... it(?) for making the threat? It’s ONE thing for da Mayor to talk smack; it’s ANOTHER thing entirely to GET smacked over it. From what I’ve seen thus far, a WHOLE lotta folks in the anti-bullying, anti-coercion, hair-triggered cabal, are immensely comfortable bullying, coercing, and pushing people’s buttons trying to start a lotta crap. But there’s an exhibited reticence to hold them to anything like the standards they rabidly demand be applied to everybody else.

They’re not getting a taste of their own medicine until somebody with some real substance steps up with the bottle and the spoon.

Bankruptcy is in Federal courts, not State courts. Federal court decisions overrule State courts in these matters.

I agree. Maybe she is trying to use the bully pulpit to get people vaccinated. However; threatening city employees with being fired and loss of pension is outrageous. It will never hold up in court...
