An armed Black Lives Matter protester who survived the triple shooting that killed two in Kenosha, Wis., is suing the police — accusing them of “deputizing” teen gunman Kyle Rittenhouse and “a band of white nationalist vigilantes.”
Gaige Grosskreutz — who said his bicep was almost blasted off — filed a federal lawsuit Friday against Kenosha’s police department, its chief, the sheriff’s office and the city itself, among others.
“It was not a mistake that Kyle Rittenhouse would kill two people and maim a third on that evening,” the documents claim, naming Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, the BLM protesters who died.
“It was a natural consequence of the actions of the Kenosha Police Department and Kenosha Sherriff’s office in deputizing a roving militia to ‘protect property’ and ‘assist in maintaining order,'” it said.

It’s not a mistake that he shot people who were chasing him with their own guns, with the intent to cause him harm.
It goes to court and the defense attorney asks him on the stand- why did you go to a protest armed if you were there to perform the functional role of a medic? If you were there as a medic why did you chase an armed person while you had a gun in your hand? Why did you think that the armed person you were chasing while you had a gun in your hand would not perceive you as a threat to his life and take action against you?
Actually, more likely is the fact that he wasn’t deputized, nor were any of the other people there, and the case is just thrown out.
This is the guy who was a second away from shooting Kyle but Kyle got off the first shoot.
Let me guess. He’s a white boy
The Cinnamon Challenge.
The Ice Bucket Challenge.
The Tide Pod Challenge.
And now the Rittenhouse Challenge.
That activist survived the challenge, he should count his blessings.
“Gaige Grosskreutz — who said his bicep was almost blasted off”
Damn shame it wasn’t everything above the C2-C3.
That being said, what weapon was gaige using while trying to maim or kill Kyle?
Jury selection starts on November 1 for Kyle's trial. Here's hoping that a jury can be found that properly assumes Kyle's innocence at the start of the trial.
What a shame
Rittenhouse should have taken a head shot on that guy
Hone guy hit him with a huge skateboard.
One guy had a handgun ready to pull the trigger.
WTH did this nut-job expect.
For once in his life, he couldn’t argue his way out of trouble
with his mommy. To %&*@! bad!
Any, any at all, self accountability on the part of this BLM Idiot? How quaint.
wonder who deputized blm to freely wreak havoc in major cities across our country...
Maybe so, but the damage was already done earlier in his life.
BLM is a self-righteous group. Expressing outrage that others aren’t prostrating themselves to BLM doesn’t mean they’re “deputized”. While the cops are fucked by BLM, Kyle wasn’t.
He was about to execute Rittenhouse point blank. Who deputized him to do that?
This is the best part of it. GG, who claims to have been a medic but took a gun for his own self protection, is complaining that Kyle, also offering services as a medic and but took a gun for his own self protection, was instantly converted in a vigilante, because he was out as a medic but took a gun for his own self protection. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!
that’s a fact. Grosskreutz raised his arms made a feint move backward then pulled a pistol and went forward.
thru the 18 second mark. You can slow the video down via the setting.
I hope he gets counter-sued by everyone.
He was chasing Rittenhouse, he pointed a gun at him, and was shot.
What did he think was going to happen? Was he planning on killing Rittenhouse?
