The plaintiff in this case, "Lefty" Grosskreutz
pointed his Glock at Kyle, who only then fired once in self defense.
Jury selection starts on November 1 for Kyle's trial. Here's hoping that a jury can be found that properly assumes Kyle's innocence at the start of the trial.
