Relations between China and Taiwan have not been at its best as of late, as China grows increasingly aggressive over the island nation in its plans for reunification. As tensions escalate in the South China Sea, a report revealed that China has a four-part plan to invade the island nation, which also includes military actions taken against US soldiers.
WION obtained a copy of China’s “invasion playbook” detailing China’s plans in a possible military confrontation as Beijing considers taking over Taiwan through military means. Chinese military planners have come up with four military campaigns for possibly invading Taiwan. Included in the plans are airstrikes on US military forces.
The first phase, according to the outlet, involves disarming Taiwanese forces with the use of China’s Air Force in a possible crackdown of the island nation’s government, military, and civilians. Through this possible crackdown, China would hope to get Taipei to submit to its authority, according to the report.
The second phase involved a blockade operation, where China would isolate Taiwan from the rest of the world. This would include cutting off communication and blocking key supplies from reaching Taiwan. The targeting of US troops by the People’s Liberation Army would make up the third phase.
“The People’s Liberation Army would conduct air strikes on US forces deployed near Taiwan to weaken the Taiwanese defense. That will leave Taiwan open to ground attack,” said the report. The fourth phase would be carrying out an amphibious assault on the island nation, targeting all branches of Taiwan’s military from the army, navy, and air force.
While China appears determined to take over Taiwan in a plan to reunify both nations, an expert has warned that Beijing may receive backlash from its own citizens and trigger internal conflicts should an invasion take place. Catherine McGregor of Sky News Australia suggested that an invasion of Taiwan by China would have serious consequences for Beijing, triggering an economic crisis. This is because of the societal impact from Chinese President Xi Jinping’s “one-child policy.”
“With a nation that has had a one child policy privileging sons,” said McGregor. “You start sending those single sons of families home in body bags. Let’s see what happens internally.”
Tell that to Japan?
Maybe. But I figure Joe will try to protect them. Drop a couple of bombs off the coast missing missing everything, claiming victory and calling it a day.
A couple of cruise missiles and a couple of J-DAMS fired into the Three Gorges Dam would completely destroy china’s economy and kill millions.
Much more effective than nukes.
The only comparable example is Truman and China. Personally I don’t think we would make that mistake again...
Japan has nukes.....................

Beautiful nukes
Talented nukes
Would have been easier to answer those questions if we still had the brilliant mind of Sam Kinison around. :D

It is probably time for Japan to reconsider and starting making some bombs.
this story is totally stupid. Its so stupid that its likely a PLA plant.
a chinese invasion of Taiwan wouldn’t look anything like this.
joe biden says he talks with xi more than anyone else.
what are they talking about.
You can bet that the reason that xi would talk to joe is so as to get reassurance from the president that should china invade taiwan—the USA would not intervene.
somewhere along the line in the next couple of years—xi will get enough leverage over joe —whether real or imagined— that joe will give xi the reassuarance he needs to go ahead with the invasion—assured that biden would not intervene.
It would take an act of God to keep this from happening.
My prayers are that Joe does NOT give XI the green light to invade Taiwan.
Biden will do what his handlers tell him to do. He will not be concerned with any consequences.
His handlers, and their controllers might be worried. The Chinese may not payoff on any deals they made with the Cabal, and there won't be any means to enforce collections. Their control over the American people could slip. Who knows what could happen after that.
“WION obtained a copy of China’s “invasion playbook” detailing China’s plans...”
I kinda doubt that.
Lol! That's a good one. Same as guys saying they don't have guns, when they have them hidden away somewhere, or tell people they had a boating accident. It's a sure bet that a secret department in Japan has a secret stash of nuclear bomb components ready to assemble in 15 minutes, or that they simply have a few nukes ready for deployment; all they need is the political go-ahead to deploy them. Israel is coy about whether they have nukes or not, but everyone knows they do. The same can probably be true about Japan.
Actually out was a two off with one spare, which is why Harry said he didn't use them in Korea. Well he used several other excuses but he did use that one too.
People with more knowledge of such things than I have, say they estimate fifteen minutes with some wrenches and the Japanese defense forces will have armed nuclear weapons.
They are known to have tons of plutonium. They are not saying where it is located or in what configurations.
For that matter, the Taiwan military has intermediate range ballistic missiles that carry a ridiculously small payload of conventional explosives. Are they designed to carry small nuclear warheads instead? Taiwan has nuclear reactors and may be able to build an old-style uranium-based weapon.
I expect there are some nasty surprises awaiting all parties in the area.
Why didn't Ford drop one on Hanoi when the NVA invaded our ally, South Vietnam?
Why didn't Bush the Globalist drop one on Saddam?
Why didn't Bush the Stupid nuke the Taliban and Al-qaeda?
Why didn't you remember there were two atomic bombs dropped on Japan?
Yeah Knowing the Japanese they probably have very efficient high miles to the gallon nuke missiles made by Toyota....the Toyota Cor-”booma’s! Sleek and sexy looking and low profile mushroom clouds...don’t want to block the view!
More likely Mitsubishi, but I get the jest. (Mitsubishi is a huge industrial giant, with a long history of making military goods for Japan, including the Zero aircraft in the 1930's & 1940's.)
All the Chinese Soldiers like General Tso’s chicken!
It’s the chicken that can take a lickin’!
TGD? But Biden would never consider that. Someone will though, eventually. Maybe Taiwan or Japan
