There will be no state unemployment benefits for health care workers who are fired for refusing to get employer-mandated vaccinations against COVID-19, state officials said Thursday.
Already, a small number of workers have quit rather than be fully vaccinated ahead of the deadline at month’s end.
“Refusing to comply with an employer’s policies, including a health or safety policy, typically disqualifies a person from being eligible to receive unemployment benefits,” Jessica Picard, spokesperson for the Maine Department of Labor, said Thursday.

These people have been unvaccinated for a year and a half already. They’re suddenly all going to get COVID? Half of them probably already had it.
And no lawsuits, no restraining orders. Apparently the courts have next to nothing to say about these obviously unconstitutional edicts and directives.
Just remember the volume of lawsuits that was instantly generated when President Trump tried to take measures to slow down illegal immigration, restrict the inflow of “refugees” from countries that have produced terrorists in the past, and take action to curb the “sanctuary city” movement.
Nice to know for all those people who paid into something that they will be denied.
I also give a pre-emptive FOAD to all Freepers who constantly bleat out the passive “lie down, get raped, and die” strategy.

The state government must really despise the citizens and wish their health to be at risk.
Probably more than half. But the FDA is refusing to recognize naturally acquired immunity. They are pushing the jab as the ONLY acceptable alternative.
Our profligate elected spenders are in a bind. Underfunded liabilities to the tune of “trillions” are to be paid for pensions, Medicare, Medicaid, and social security. There is simply no money. Vaccine eldercide reduces underfunded liabilities, but it must be accompanied with open border labor importation.
