Prosecutors are asking a judge to prohibit defense attorneys from referring to the men shot by Kyle Rittenhouse as rioters or looters.
Rittenhouse, 18, is scheduled to go to trial Nov. 1 on charges of homicide and attempted homicide for the shooting deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum of Kenosha and Anthony Huber of Silver Lake, and the wounding of Gaige Grosskreutz of West Allis last August during protests and rioting in the Kenosha following the shooting of Jacob Blake by a Kenosha Police officer. Rittenhouse and his supporters have maintained he was defending himself.

Amazing how far the prosecution has to go to win its case. No one is a allowed to say what actually happened and who actually was involved.

Hopefully, the Defense has all the footage of Rosenblum and others leading up to the shooting. Rosenblum was belligerent with the people protecting businesses, and starting dumpster fires. Just let the video tell the story.
Always puzzled me a little. Burn, Loot, Murder riots killed a bunch of resulted in the death of a number of innocent black people, but there was no call for the riots to stop.
But the moment three white criminals got shot suddenly there was a rush to the microphones saying that the violence must cease.
Does that seem odd to anyone else?

The first man shit only chased Kyle because he confused him with another armed man that stopped him from pushing a garbage bin on fire into a gas station.

Add “Stalkers” to the list. There is video of them stalking Rittenhouse before they attempted to attack him.
