(LifeSiteNews) — Facing growing skepticism from his voter base for promoting experimental COVID-19 vaccines developed through his much-touted “Operation Warp Speed,” former President Donald Trump spoke out against totalitarian vaccine mandates, saying Americans shouldn’t be “forced” to get the shots and that those who have natural immunity “don’t need the vaccine.”
“People have to have their freedoms,” Trump told FOX News host Sean Hannity during an interview Thursday night. “Why are they forcing people to take the vaccine?”
Characteristically referring to COVID-19 as “the Wuhan virus” and “the China virus,” quipping “we’ve got plenty of names,” Trump explained that anyone who has already overcome the virus does not need to take a vaccine and should not be forced to do so.
“When you have [COVID], you don’t need the vaccine. You become immune,” the former president said, adding that people who have recovered from the virus develop “a natural immunity.”
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who many see as a likely Republican contender for the presidency in 2024, has similarly promoted natural immunity, remarking during a Gainesville, Florida stop last month, “The ones that have recovered have very strong immunity. That’s very clear from every study that’s been done...”

Same here. My husband and I were both sick in Mar. 2020. My doctor prescribed, over the phone, a Z-pak, an inhaler, steroids, famotidine, and two prescription cough meds. Said to watch my oxygen level. The famotidine didn’t even dull my intense stomach pain and I ended up taking a couple of my daughter’s prescription Zantac’s. My husband ran a fever but I don’t think I did. I didn’t have a thermometer and if I had one it wasn’t high. It took nearly a month but I got over it even with my asthma. Still, when I had my antibody check done about 3-weeks ago I didn’t show any antibodies. The nurse said the longest she has seen them show up in blood is 9-months. It has been twice that long since we were sick. We haven’t been sick since though. Not vaxxed and not getting vaxxed.

My story almost exactly, except my wife and I both got it. Me first, her shortly thereafter. In our case it was an unproductive cough that wouldn’t stop. Food was tasteless. It was unlike anything I had before.

Chatsworth primetime has gone to bat on "breakthrough infections" just once, on July 30, but intentionally corndoned off the primetime show from natural immunity, instead banishing it to a video podcast convo with Bret Weinstein on "Chatsworth Today" -- whatever that is.
Hannity has mentioned natural immunity once, and just in passing, on his radio show. Nothing in primetime.
Gutfeld had Dr. Saphier on back in May when the night show was young, and a compelling conversation on the importance of promoting natural immunity ensued.

Finally Trump has listened to me. It’s a “start”. He must come out against the vaxxines because they contain “foreign” (alien) bodies.
I realize having been the proponent of vaxxines it makes it tough for him, but he must defend the American people against this ATTACK.
Safe to say that its looking increasingly likely that populists like myself are being disenfranchised once again by the libertarian globalist squatters that have once again taken over the GOP. If everything is about anti-vax, anti-mask, coochie police, social issues, nothing is about trade policy, the economy, foreign policy etc. we all lose.
People will vote for Trump for a populist vision, you know, policies that are actually popular. People will not vote Trump into office if all the top notes are being sung by the clown show of fringe social issue squatters.

Trump was the first person in a very long time to listen to the economic populists, “build the wall”, “reshore”. The globalist libertarian meddlers like the Koch network fled (or tried to) to the Democratic party like vampires confronted with a bright sunny day.
How do you get reshoring and functional borders defeated? By making the party willing to do these things unpopular.
How do you make them unpopular? By getting them to appear to embrace every loser of a social issue by making a lot of noise, and by playing up policy fails, such as when the Texas grid failed.
The GOP is really spoiled for choice with Democratic policy fails, but all these guys want to talk about is anti-vax conspiracy theories.

I agree. I have never had the flu or only a few colds in my lifetime. No Flu shots either. I will be 88 in Dec. I believe I have natural immunity against everything that’s come down the pike. I had All of the childhood diseases and never saw a doctor. I obviously have survived all the bugs hat I’ve encountered. I have not taken any precautions during this covid 19 time. I put on a mask when told to. Have not seen a doctor for anything. Three weeks ago I had 4 days of some kind of bug that I promptly put down. Wondered where or what it was, then found out that son had got the vaccine and he had been to see me. so I think that was my version of having the virus. Yes, I have natural immunity to everything but old age. I won’t be taking their vaccine. I hope they arrest me. Free medical care and no hospital visit. Meals free......
