Rep. Adam Schiff (D‑CA), who sits on the Jan. 6 committee investigating the Capitol riot, announced over the weekend that they are “prepared to go forward and urge the Justice Department” to prosecute conservatives who refuse to comply with their subpoenas.
The House committee is especially intent on sinking their fangs into Steve Bannon. The committee may refer Bannon for criminal prosecution by the Department of Justice (DOJ) if he doesn’t show up for a deposition slated for Thursday according to The Hill.
McQuade said the committee has other options. It could seek the assistance of the House sergeant-at-arms to arrest Bannon — an unlikely move — or file its own civil suit asking a judge to hold Bannon in contempt, jailing him until he agrees to speak with lawmakers.
“It’s the less aggressive approach that might be effective,” she said. “Prosecutors in general and Garland in particular tend to look for the path of least resistance. I don’t need to use the nuclear weapon if the conventional weapon will work.”

I listen to Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast for three hours a day. . .while I work and while I walk the dog. . .he’s amazing.
Nacht und Nebel
They pick up whomever they want. Maybe you will see them again. Maybe you won’t.
Robespierre territory now.
Guillotine in the rotunda next.
I agree. It’s my daily go to podcast. I miss Rush and Bannon isn’t a happy warrior like Rush, but his show is chock full of solid information and analysis facilitated by Steve who is an exacting interviwer
Where are McConnell and McCarthy to defend him?
The archipelago expands...
and the last time they went after him, wut happin to that?
Counting the money they have been raising to support a new round of RINOs for 2022
Yes Steve Bannon is the new Rush Limbaugh. I also listen to Scott Adams for one hour a day for “balance.” :) Between the two of them and Free Republic I get enough daily news. . .
I agree. After watching him today, he doesn’t look too worried. He has damn good lawyers and they will take care of whatever legal issues comes his way.
They would just love to arrest him.
Robespierre territory now.
Guillotine in the rotunda next.

In the end, Robespierre got what he deserved; a broken jaw followed by decapitation.
Steve Bannon will love this...he simply has to say “You are congress not the DOJ...I will answer any question you want in public and under the public eye. I will not testify to anything in the dark or under secrecy.”
His opening statement will be. “Our elections are completely rigged and at least 4 US Senators are currently seated by industrial scale fraud. Those Senators are:
1) Mark Kelly - Arizona Who met his wife on a Chinese junket—He knows he is elected through massive voter fraud and he thinks he betrayed his country to the globalist in fact he betrayed it... I think unknowingly to the CCP
2) Jon Ossoff - Georgia— Communist
3) Raphael Warnock— Communist
4) Gary Peters-— who is a racist because he knows he stole the election from a Black Man John James who won the election in a landslide only to have it stolen just like they did to President Trump.”
We are living in dark times and our elections are completely rigged and our media is corrupt and so is the DOJ and the rest of the National Security Establishment.
We are suffering because they are infiltrated by the CCP.
Guess what... Bring it... Steve will love it.
If they arrest him, I am sure he has back-up plans for the show. I would bet Peter Navarro will be a firecracker if he had to fill in because of this.
He can always hide out on the Chinese guy’s yacht
I think they are messing with the wrong guy. I believe he probably has the goods on many of them. Talk about opening a can of worms.....or should I say snakes?
For what?
LOL...isn’t that where they found him before?
Rep. Adam Schiff (D‑CA), who sits on the Jan. 6 committee...
Or as I prefer to call it, the Jan.6th Tribunal.
If Bannon does testify, I hope he manhandles Adam Schiff like Corey Lewandowski did.
