No. News reports say is has been submitted to OMB for review. Once it is published, it could be published to take effect immediately - at which point it is ripe for litigation. How long will OMB take? Don;t know. Will there be a public comment period (typically 30 - 60 days), my guess is "no." This will be crammed down the throat of the public. It'll like have "reasonable accomodation" langauge for people who object on religious or medical grounds, but will expressly exclude natural immunity as a medical ground.
Once OMB concludes its review of the regulation, the emergency temporary standard will be published in the Federal Register, when it will go into effect.
If that news report (link) is correct, the regulation goes into effect immediatly on publication. OMB has no longer than 90 days. It went though this process with an OSHA rule that applies to health care workers. Went to OMB April 26, 2021, out of OMB June 10, 2021. Six to eight weeks.

That was Nov 2020. Mom and I flew to Florida this July and I gave her the same protocol while we were there. She has bern totally fine

Well we can worry more when they propose to remove the testing piece. What I see is that most firms won’t try to use the testing because of cost and will try to get their employees to accept the one time costs for the vaxxes! Or,they will try to make their employees bear the cost of the testing. Firms may also find themselves sued for not allowing the weekly testing that the mandate regs allow for(in lieu of the vaccinations).
So a plain reading of this verse suggests an early to mid 7 years reign of the AC beast group before the rapture. Perhaps when the 2 witnesses get killed and then are raised up...everybody else Christian, (dead in Christ first then the rest) goes up.

He then turned to the Gentiles and chose Paul to deliver that message to the church, to provoke the Jews to jealousy (Romans chapter 11)
It is through Paul, that the message of Grace is delivered, as well as the rapture of the church. The rapture is separate from the Physical return of Jesus. (1st Thessalonians 4:13-18)
The rapture proceeds the “Day of the Lord” and upon the completion of the 7 year tribulation, Jesus returns physically to the Earth to set up His Kingdom. At the Rapture we meet Him in the air. At that time we receive our immortal bodies, incorruptible and Eternal. 1st Corrinthians 15:51-56.

This needs to be stopped because it is an illegal power grab. You do NOT allow the Government to illegal enact unconstitutional powers because once you allow it, it now precedence for them to use the same new power in different ways.
Once you ceed authority to Government in an area, you never get it back
