California eases gang enhanced sentence rules under bill signed by Newsom
KTLA ^

Posted on 10/09/2021 2:39:35 PM PDT by BenLurkin

The California Police Chiefs Association said the bill is unworkable because it can require prosecutors to first prove the underlying crime without telling jurors that it was gang-motivated.

A second bill signed by the governor ...requires judges to give “great weight” to mitigating circumstances that favor dismissing enhancements that can greatly extend the length of prison sentences, unless doing so would endanger public safety.

Must correct this headline as it is wrong. California DID NOT do this, politicians elected via voter fraud did this with their savior Adolf NewScum signing it. The people CA tried to get rid of this corrupt Marxist bastard and RAT voter fraud saved his rectum.

There was voter fraud but not enough to alter the results of the election. The political breakdown of California voters determined it. The state is about 60% Democrat. Democrats voted to keep their incompetent and corrupt bastard of a governor in such numbers that fraud was unnecessary. It was used for sure, but unnecessary. It was more or less an exercise to keep the party loyal in practice for the ‘22 election cycle and to provide case studies for other state’s corrupt officials. And, of course, the gov is now taking his pound of flesh from those daring to strike at him.

The witnesses are sworn to "Tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth".
No such obligation exists for the court, they can tell or withhold anything they please.
How can there be justice when the jury is kept in the dark?

Marxists always viewed criminals as their allies, as their street cannonfodder shocktroops. Newsom is just the newest “commie on the block” besides DeCommieo.

I’m guessing Larry Elder wouldn’t have signed that bill.

There was voter fraud but not enough to alter the results of the election.

In that case I guess it's OK!

The current regime is in the pay of the drug cartels.
I’m shocked no one seems to have figured this out.

How much is Mexico paying Newsom and the Biden administration to let it take over California?

Nah, Larry Elder never had a chance. Communist held California is a 1-party Democrat state. Registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans 2:1. All you need is a 51% Rat turnout and every single Republican could vote and it still wouldn’t matter. R’s are swamped in California.

“But what about the independents”? Lots of them are progressives. The fraud was merely icing on the cake. California is lost and won’t turn around until some time after it goes insolvent. It won’t matter because by then Texas will be blue and America will cease to exist as we know it.
