Two Republican senators vowed late on Oct. 6 to try again to bar the Department of Defense (DOD) from dishonorably discharging members of the U.S. military who decline to be vaccinated against the CCP virus, also known as novel coronavirus, the cause of COVID-19.
“I just hope the people here realize what a dishonorable discharge really means,” Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) told more than 2,000 conservative and evangelical family advocates at the Family Research Council’s (FRC) “Pray Vote Stand Summit” conference in Leesburg, Virginia.
“You’re never going to be able to get a job again. You’re going to lose your Second Amendment [rights]. They’re going to take away your VA health care benefits and your education. It’s a big deal, is what I’m trying to say,” Marshall explained in response to a question from the moderator, FRC President Tony Perkins.
Marshall was referring to a Sept. 21 position statement issued by the White House saying the Biden administration “strongly opposes” congressional efforts to bar dishonorable discharges when service members decline to be vaccinated.
“You’re treated worse than a convicted felon,” added Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.), who joined Marshall in the discussion with Perkins.
The U.S. military includes approximately 1.3 million active-duty members, as well as an estimated 800,000 reservists subject to immediate call-up.
Marshall noted that votes will be taken later in October in the Senate on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and he plans to introduce an amendment removing the dishonorable discharge option from the available disciplinary measures that military leaders can impose on unvaccinated subordinates.
“The National Defense Authorization Act will be coming up for a vote probably the end of this month, and we’ll be offering an amendment just like we did on the continuing resolution to stop that nonsense.

Any officers remaining in the military after the promised dishonorable discharges are then complicit.
Fill in the blanks.

“Dishonorable discharge” means you’re better off eating your gun.
Temporally—not eternally.

In a year or two when it will become undeniable that the “vaccines” killed millions, if not billions, of people the billionaire oligarchs better never leave their New Zealand Great Reset escape compounds again. Ever.

Leftist Democrats don’t want to fund the military.
If Republicans join leftist Democrats, Lloyd Austin & his Cowards won’t get funded.

Commissioned officers can simply resign I believe, so Joe will just be kicking the little guys.

“A dishonorable discharge (DD), colloquially referred to as a ‘Duck Dinner,’ can only be handed down to a military member by a general court-martial. Dishonorable discharges are handed down for what the military considers the most reprehensible conduct. This type of discharge may be rendered only by conviction at a general court-martial for very serious offenses (e.g., treason, espionage, desertion, sexual assault, murder) that call for dishonorable discharge as part of the sentence.
“With this characterization of service, all veterans’ benefits are lost, regardless of any past honorable service, and this type of discharge is regarded as shameful in the military. In many states a dishonorable discharge is deemed the equivalent of a felony conviction, with attendant loss of civil rights. In some states, those who have been dishonorably discharged may also be barred from voting, holding office or doing jury service because they were discharged as the result of a felony conviction. Additionally, US federal law prohibits possession of firearms or ammunition by those who have been dishonorably discharged per the Gun Control Act of 1968....”

Thank you. This former Navy personnelist does not need to explain the DD. What is much more likely is a General Discharge or an Other than Honorable Discharge (formerly Undesirable Discharge). Either might be rendered for misconduct by an administrative board rather than by sentence of court-martial.

If the military pushes this BS, they will lose many. A DD is wrong as it could easily be an admin. discharge under honorable conditions. Officers RIF in late 72 got Honorable.

That hasn’t been the case. That Marine, Scheller I believe is his name, tried to resign his commission and was denied.

First, it’s a treatment that hasn’t gone through long term trials, it’s a treatment that uses aborted cell lines in testing or processing, and it’s a treatment that has alternatives.
So, the military should provide time.
No way this is a dishonorable offense.
