Efforts to clean up a homeless encampment in a Los Angeles park is being stymied by the MS-13 gang, which considers the park their territory.

We don’t get as much information as I would like, but we
read on the forum here where schools lower the requirements
to graduate. You can see how those reductions are designed
to affect numbers like the ones you referenced.

The improvements are simply reflections of how they gamed
things to make it look like improvements were being made.
NO! They just ask less of the students, and the students
are thrilled.

These ‘edudators’ that set these things up, are as corrupt
as any entity in the U. S.
