It seems like rock star Ted Nugent thinks vaccine mandates have a "stranglehold" on the public.
Nugent , who said he was sharing "truth, logic, and common sense with people who care," responded to a question Friday about vaccine policies, referring to COVID-19 as a "weaponized virus." He contracted the coronavirus earlier in 2021.
"I did what the government told me not to do, which is what I always do," he said. "Because what the government tells you to do is always the wrong thing. I took hydroxychloroquine , ivermectin, steroids, and zinc and continued with my healthy lifestyle, being clean and sober and eating venison, and my wife and I recovered in just a few days."
Nugent has been asked countless times to run for office, he said.
"I've shared campfires both literally and figuratively with great families across this country," the 73-year-old told PBS. "God, family, country, Constitution, Bill of Rights, that man-in-the-arena work ethic, law and order. Those are the battle cries of good families in this country, and they know that I've always stood up and raised hell for those basic, traditional values and the foundation of the American dream — quality of life."
His calling is to make sure politicians adhere to constitutional values, he said.
"I'd like to think my calling is to raise hell with those who attempt to represent 'we, the people,' based on the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all those foundational values, so I raise hell with those running for office to vet them to make sure they adhere to their sacred constitutional oath before they get into office," Nugent continued.
Nugent referred to the coronavirus vaccine as an "experimental shot."
"If you try to give it to me, I'll experiment on you," he added.
For those who got the vaccine, Nugent said he speaks "their language" and will "speak to them thusly."
"Baaaaaah," he said, imitating a sheep. "Baaaaaah. Baaaaaah. Baaaaaah."
And he’s 73! God bless Ted Nugent!

As a believer in individual liberty I also practice taking responsibility for myself and my own actions. I chose not to vax for a variety of personal and medical reasons. I contracted covid despite precautions including taking vitamins and supplements. My case was mild and I recovered quickly. If I had contracted a severe case, and died or came close to death I would have experienced no regrets. A free human making an informed decision of his/her free will should have no regrets and certainly should not blame others if the decision was wrong. Understand the risk and accept the consequences of free choice.

I am unvaxed. I won’t get the vaccination either. Call me a coward but why take a shot for something I am almost 100% going to survive?
The risk reward is not there. You get the vax and you can still get sick. You don’t get the vax and you can get sick. Maybe the symptoms will be worse if I don’t get it. But stats are showing that not to be the case.
But who knows since science is no longer a priority for this adim when it comes to anything.

The sick part is that you can get the vax and have mild or no symptoms and be sick. Spreading that crap all over. I knew when I got sick and isolated myself. Hard to know you are sick if your case is mild like the vax is suppose to do.

When you were fasting, were you hydrating? Saw something today where they said hydrating helps move your immune system cells to the battle.
Dehydration apparently slows them down (no lubrication?).
My brother got it and was very sick. Then got pneumonia to boot. He’s on the mend but his doctor told him it may take as long as a year to fully recover.
Do you think he’s waiting for Fauci to tell him if he can celebrate Christmas with his family?
There is definitely something wrong with the whole ‘Rona thing. The most glaring is a real lack of any serious study of the value or ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine or any other avenues. It was lockdown, masks, and the mRNA stuff.
They have denied it being lab produced (yet failed to mention how they already knew that ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine would be ineffective so no research is needed). Yet there are millions who have benefited from both.
Since Trump isn’t my Lord and Savior, he can do what he wants, but I bet he got a saline shot.
I also think the people scared of a little shot that hardly does anything are cowards.....

I think anyone who got the shot before they knew anything of the many side effects including death are stupid.
I heard Ted and the Amboy Dukes in 1967, then their “Journey to the Center of the Mind” came out in 1968. That was a long time ago.

If the vaccination is even half of what it is claimed to be I really don’t give a rat’s rump whether anyone else is vaccinated or unvaccinated, masked or unmasked, coughing or calm, close or distant!

I am anti MANDATORY vax.
I am vehemently anti MANDATORY mask.
I have ZERO need to “feel safe” on the basis that everyone in a venue, a health care facility, or any other place has dutifully shown their papers.
