I agree with your take on it.
If subordinates questioned every tactical decision, the service
couldn’t function.
The problem I have with this, is that this man is held to
account, and Milley seems to be the darling of the Left
right now.
Milley is on my “S” list, because he deserves a lot more
criticism as this guy does.
I will say this for this guy.
He didn’t spout off during the action. He spouted off
after it, and for pretty good reason.
I do not have as big a problem with a guy addressing
facts after an event, as I would if they were causing
friction prior to or during execution.
Fair enough. Milley is beyond contempt, BTW. I think outside the 99% Compliant Media, folks DO despise him. And there is a HUGE double standard going on here.

Go back to my responses on the thread about the black woman who was complaining about her neighbor playing monkey noises every time his minority neighbors go outside. Most of the comments made derogatory remarks about the black woman and her complaints. The problem was, if they had actually watched the video they would have seen a well-spoken married woman with children who spent 11 years in the military and had video proof of the neighbors actions. So yes, that’s just blatant racism. The term “racist” is thrown around with impunity in this country. But in many threads about criminal activity on this website, it’s pretty blatant. I’ve been very active on this site for over 20 years. It’s never been this bad. So I’ve started to call it out by name. Same with the anti-police sentiments. It got me suspended for a while.

IMO, the guy has outed himself as controlled opposition with his latest statements. I had no reason to doubt his integrity until this, but the anger and hostility he directs towards Trump and his family goes beyond anything a rational, objective person would say, especially if his concerns are what he claims they are.
He claims his hostility towards Trump is because “Trump has divided the country”, yet offers no examples of how that was done. If he did try offer examples, they would only end up revealing how unobjective he is. The way he smears the Trump family, in particular Don Jr., who has done nothing but offer support for him in his prediciment shows that he has no honor.
You could argue that he’s simply irrational and just happened to stumble on the correct position when he went public with his criticisms the Biden regime’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawl. - i.e. a blind squirrel getting lucky. But I wouldn’t discount the possibility that he was payed off and that we are witnessing a performance. Who knows? But I would look to see if and how he financially capitalizes on his predicament. If he’s released from the prison shortly, that would be an indication of a quid pro quo deal. We’ll have to see. But the DS/Uniparty is not above schemes designed to co-opt anti-Biden sentiment by pushing the narrative that you can be anti-Biden and still hate Trump. Who would such a narrative be designed for? The gullible Trump supporter - in particular, former Dems who voted for Biden and only recently began looking at Trump in a more positive light. Being told that they can be anti-Biden and still believe the clap-trap that Trump divided the country could be very appealing to some of them.
He stated he’d rather rot in jail than accept our support among other things he says attacking Trump and his family. His values aren’t those I wish to support.
My sister and I just requested our donations be returned. I’ll assist someone else who needs it more. It’s actually not about what someone believes per se if they need help unless they’re total scumbags.
But he specifically invited us to pound sand. So I don’t want to donate a dime to him. Screw him.
