WASHINGTON — Over the past few days, I am sure your news feed has been inundated with articles about the Supreme Court just like mine. Most of the news has revolved around the upcoming cases for the nation’s highest court, but many mainstream outlets have already started the fearmongering once again.
Take for example this article from Bloomberg. They specifically target abortion, guns, and faith: three things that the radical left cannot stand. In abortion, they want to start the messaging that the Supreme Court is going after “women’s rights.” They want you to believe it has nothing to do about the rights of the child, but specifically the right to murder an unborn child.
For guns, they are trying to blame the acceptance of a case on Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Specifically, they said that until she was on the court, the Supreme Court had denied cases involving concealed carry firearms. The left wants you to believe that having a gun in “public” is a bad thing. Since when did self-defense only matter at home?
Then there is the topic of faith, where the Bloomberg article talks about how the Supreme Court has “bolstered religious rights in recent years.” Perhaps these left-wing writers have forgotten that religious rights were granted to Americans under the Constitution, not needing anyone to “bolster” them at all.
You should not think for one second that these attacks are just over the topics that the court is hearing. That’s not the case at all. There’s an agenda behind the madness. It is not very difficult to see.
Take for example the recent articles that shared the approval rating of the Supreme Court falling. A Gallup poll reported that the highest court only had a 40% approval rating...

Their attempt to pack the Supreme Court failed.
Now we just have to hang on for one more year until the midterms. We will retake the Senate and can then block any nomination resident Biden would make.
“I am sure your news feed has been inundated with articles”
I don’t have a “news feed”.

“Take for example this article from Bloomberg”
Bloomberg sucks.

At the rate Biden is plunging in the polls, if he survives at all, he might well be in the 20% approval range by the end of the year. Certainly, we are all getting used to his consistent and predictable ability to screw up anything, regardless of how important the agenda item is to the ‘Crats.
If things continue as they are, we will be able to watch as the conspiratorial Left connives a way of taking him out once and for all. 25th Amendment and all, but no one, is looking forward to a president Camel faced Hyena. That won’t mitigate any of the tremendous damage Biden has and will do to our country, but at least it is entertaining.
Never underestimate Joseph Stolen’s ability to FUBAR everything he touches.
I am not confident they can’t pack the court soon.
The 19 justice court would rip away our constitutional protections and saddle us with women’s unlimited abortion rights, right to grab guns without a warrant or reason, national police oversight and control and Dem control of all elections and vote counting and recounts.
Hillary, Andrew Cuomo and Buttigieg will all agree with those decisions. Nightmare.
I refuse to use ‘news feeds’, because there is always a slant, as you have demonstrated.
I have various news websites I frequent, but I never subordinate myself to their slants, either.
My Thoughts on the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Schumer, Biden and Amendment IV
I believe the Brady Act violates “the right of the people to be secure in their...personal effects, against unreasonable...seizures” and therefore the sponsor of the Act then Representative Charles Schumer and then Senator Joseph R. Biden who voted it into federal law were in Amendment XIV Section 3 “rebellion” against the Constitution of the United States.
I also believe that Charles Schumer and Joseph R. Biden lost their privileges to hold “any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state” for their Brady Act related actions(and their notoriously hostile attitudes towards the right of the people to possess and bear guns as envisioned by Amendment II and such possession meant to be secured by Amendment IV).
Since the federal court system has well-established Amendment XIV Section 1 enforcement power, I further believe that the federal court system should be able to decide if and when government officers such as Biden and Schumer have been in Amendment XIV Section 3 “rebellion” against the Constitution of the United States.
I personally do not feel any gun acquisition I could make under the Brady Act of Charles Schumer and Joseph R. Biden would be secure to Amendment IV requirements. These people are known to hate us “Neanderthals” and our Amendment II gun bearing and Amendment IV secure gun possession rights. Their oft-repeated public statements calling for 100% of gun buyer identities to be collected by the government (needed to enable a gun registration system to be perfected and a comprehensive subsequent gun confiscation made in violation of the Bill of Rights) and their Brady Act-related actions mark Biden and Schumer as being in rebellion to our Constitution.
In my opinion, Biden’s 1993 Brady Act vote was an act of rebellion against our Constitution that made him ineligible to be President afterward. Therefore, it would follow that Donald J. Trump should be our lawful President and all executive order signed by Biden and all Congressional bills presented to Biden in 2021 for his signature into law are void.
Biden’s anti-Amendment IV Brady Act vote might also be considered in the light of his Amendment II despising public statements, his renowned Supreme Court-packing inclination and his overbearing Supreme Court “reform” commission proposal.
Do you remember that when Roe v. Wade was pending there were threats of violence against the judges if they supported abortion? Don’t you remember? Oh, neither do I.
Yes indeed...
But, just as importantly, with millions of migrant vermin having successfully gotten away with voting in 2020, that number, among the other 45-50 million already inside the country, could increase 5-to-10-fold by the 2022 election cycle...
In addition, currently, the communists are allowing hundreds-of-thousands of new migrant invaders into the country in order to provide an unending new source of communist votes to add to the 45-to-50 million potential communist votes already headed for the ballot boxes everywhere...
All of this could put a damper on plans to restore the U.S. via the 2024 Presidential elections...
The communist candidate could actually receive that, heretofore mythical, 80,000,000 votes in 2024...
Even without the Soros' army's printing presses or copying machines working overtime in all those government school basements & liquor store storage rooms...
In 2020 voting locations, there were very busy translators assisting those voters who could not read or speak English... At least here in MD...
Any sustainable plan for recovering the Nation via the ballot box must begin with the strategic concept of mass deportation... IMHO...
The people are over the Supreme Court. We don’t have to blindly follow any unconstitutional rulings.
“Their attempt to pack the Supreme Court failed.”
Seems to me that they still have a year. I think the left is just looking for an excuse, then they will ride it hard.
I know that there are millions of guns in the USA that have NOT killed as many people as Teddy Kennedy’s Oldsmobile.
Bingo!
Now to start a list of those states that (IMHO) probably would not secede:
What attempt to pack the Supreme Court has failed? They haven’t started yet. It will be a complete and total effort on the left when they do. Do you really think the regime will peacefully leave? Do you believe the regime will stand by and allow Americans to vote and flip the house? The regime hasn’t began to show their plans for their end game yet. Don’t fool yourself and believe Manchin or Sinema will have the will to throw a monkey wrench into the payoff of 60 years of leftist planning, conniving and treachery.
