RICHMOND, Va. — After the failure of the Sept. 14 California recall yielded no real indicator of our political climate going into the 2022 midterms, attention quickly began to shift to a race with the potential to tell us a lot more.
The Virginia gubernatorial election, a hotly-contested race between former Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican businessman Glenn Youngkin, had the potential to be competitive right out of the gate.
While it’s undeniably gone blue, it isn’t completely unwinnable for Republicans in a wave election year. Polls show a tight race, and results could easily fall to the right of polling in a political climate favoring Republicans. Youngkin has also outraised establishment powerhouse McAuliffe by a margin of about $4 million.
Conventional wisdom favors McAuliffe, but enthusiasm favors Youngkin.
Naturally, team McAuliffe is starting to panic.
Even the far left is taking note of the race’s competitiveness — Slate ran a piece Tuesday, titled Uh, Maybe Democrats Should Start Paying Attention to the Virginia Governor’s Race, outlining underlying issues in the race that Democrats seem to be ignoring; specifically, the article outlined the apparent complacency of Virginia Democrats assuming themselves untouchable in a former swing state that has shifted hard to the left in recent decades.
Slate‘s Jim Newell wrote:
None of these wedge issues, though, will save the day if Democrats don’t wake up and recognize that their blue-ish state’s governorship, as well as its Legislature, are up for grabs in a deteriorating environment. Some Virginia Democrats close to the race are a little irritated that the full national cavalry came in to support California Gov. Gavin Newsom, in a much bluer state, after one bad poll came out in his recall, but haven’t been similarly...

Why panic? They always pull it out in the end with NOVA and Hampton Roads. That, coupled with their massive voter fraud machine and it’s a no brainer.
They having trouble with their voter fraud ?
Terry McAuliffe? Wasn’t he sort of a bag-man for Bill and Hillery Clinton...just the name means crime/corruption...politicians like Terry McAuliffe hurt all America and it says less for Virginians.
Time to get em some pallets of ballots.
Time to break out the 3AM delivery of ballots.
You can’t put lipstick on a pig but you can put blackface on a white doofus and elect him as a Democrat governor.
Calling George Soros!
Will George Soros please answer the telephone...
“Sound the alram” is DNC code for we’re going to cheat until McCauliffe wins! They sounded the alarm for the California recall as well.
The voting machines in democrat precincts have already “broken down.” They’re just waiting until late on election day to make the announcement.

Fast Terry is directly handcuffed to Beater, having made Beater's introductions to the baby eater league, who then became top multi-million dollar funders to Beater.
Youngkin's PACs still must flood the zone to drive this wedge issue between blacks and the Democrats, to drive this wedge issue between the squishes and the Democrats, and to drive deep GOP turnout.
This is quite literally Youngkin's only shot -- to drive down Democrat election day numbers at the polls. Make NoVA remorseful about having chosen a minstrel show last time, embarrass Fast Terry daily.
Youngkin should make this counter-offer for one debate: Steve Bannon has had Fast Terry's number for years, offer Bear Trap Bannon as co-moderator to Judy Judy Woodrufffrufffrufff; and when Fast Terry says no, then have Youngkin debate Princess Blanding! If Stacy Adams can be a pretend black Governor, why can't Princess be a pretend black Governor candidate? It would embarass Fast Terry no end to be absent when Youngkin willingly debates a sheboon 3rd-party nobody.
WARNING: If Youngkin can't upset Fast Terry in November, Terry will be a 3rd-year, 2nd-term VA Governor in 2024. Remember this post when he enters the Biden-free Democrat presidential primary in 2023.
One more reason why my buddy punched out and moved to WV last year.
The way to stop democrat voter fraud is to hold back ballot boxes until midnight or after...until after they’ve stopped holding theirs back..
If they don’t know how many ‘votes’ they need to make it look like a ‘close race that THEY won...’ they’ll put in too many or too few and it’ll be obvious...
The Dem’s keep pushing the Fear Covid Porn on all the Youtube and facebook ads trying to characterise Youngkin(sic) as an antivaxxer, anti-masker Trump supporter but I don’t think the ads are resonating well. If anything they are back firing!
How are Virginia Democrats so pathetic they want Terry McAuliffe as governor again? It’s a blue state, there had to have been other, better Democrats they could have nominated.
Why is that? Could it be that California is set up for massive voter fraud; so much so there is no possible way a Republican (much less a conservative one) can win. Let me count the ways (from a list that was published as to why Larry Elder wasn't going to win).
They are worried that he comes off like a corrupt, clueless, hypocrite. They needn’t worry, as he clearly does.
Virginia is a lost cause. . .killed by RINOs. . .the sun hadn’t even set on January 6th when Virginia Repewblicans, lead by Richard Anderson were throwing Trump and all Trump supporters under the bus! During the lead up to the election, I noticed NOT A SINGLE Trump yard sign or banner IN FRONT OF OUR LOCAL Repewlican HQ building. I called Anderson and he promised “to get that fixed.” . . yea, he fixed it alright. . .a few days later, just a couple of measly yard signs in the back rows. Virginia Repewblicans HATED THE TEA PARTY and now they HATE Trump and his supporters. All hail our new governor criminal McAwful.
All democrat taliban politicians must be voted out or lose.
