House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and her leadership team have delayed a vote on an approximately $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill, as Democrats remain divided over a separate but politically linked larger spending measure.
Pelosi, who had said her plan was to hold the vote Thursday, made the call to pull the vote after talks that stretched into the night yielded no deal.
The House plans to reconvene Friday, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., said in a notice to members.
The infrastructure bill was a negotiated this summer by a bipartisan group of senators and the White House. The Senate approved it in August, with 19 GOP senators joining all Democrats in the vote in the upper chamber.
The age old gameplan will be to spread some $$$$ around and get those no votes to yes. I’m also expecting today to be a high visibility day for Joe Manchin. This is where he makes his moola!
This reminds me of the fable in which the monkey had its hand inside the narrow neck of a pot but could not remove it because its fist was grasping a piece of food inside. The monkey had only to release its grip on the food to remove its hand and arm but would not do so and eventually died.
That is the fate of “all or nothing” Democrats.

I was on the phone yesterday calling Congressmen telling their staff I want them to vote NO on all this. We should be burning up the phone lines. These bills are outrageous.
So in the end, they will take 1.2 + 1.5 or 2.7 tril...up from the initial pkg by .4 trillion.
Just the usual tricks...
And then....maybe Machin will go to 2 tril on the second pkg which mmakes a 3.2 tril total.
Either way....we lose and the economy gets worser.
Once again showing that politics is merely bread and circuses to keep the little people from looking behind the curtain.
This is all part of the plan to destroy the USA, and this portion is designed to remove the US Dollar as the reserve currency. Once that happens, the slope to destruction gets a lot steeper and infinitely more slippery.

WHERE did all the $$$$ go that Obama & team got for “INFRASTRUCTURE”????????
Were ANY roads or bridges repaired??? I was arrogant enough to put up signs giving himself credit-—for projects that were funded years before he was in politics...so all we got was SIGNS???
That money seems to have disappeared into smoke...
Will any of this “INFRASTRUCTURE” $$$$ replace all the buildings BLM burned out in the past 2 years??????
