Chicago installing 'Bleeding Control Kits' around city amid gun violence © Getty Chicago has begun installing “Bleeding Control Kits” across the city under the new Safe Chicago program amid an increase in gun violence.
Four hundred-twenty-six Bleeding Control Kits are being installed in 269 Chicago buildings, including City Hall and Chicago Public Library locations. Each kit can treat up to eight victims.
Every kit comes equipped with a tourniquet, gauze, shears, gloves, and an instruction manual on how to best use it in instances of “life threatening bleeding emergencies” that can result from falls, penetrating injuries (such as stabbings), gunshot wounds, and more.

It used to be; you know you live in a middle class or lower middle class area, when the main street is lined with numerous speed bumps. Now the ‘Bleeding Control Kits’ will send the same message.
*My first thought was that somebody is going to steal those sharp, shiny shears and use them as a weapon of conveniance.
From the wounded /killed ratio coming out of Chicongo, I’d say their are probably a lot of hits in extremities. IFAKs have first aid for sucking chest wounds. Maybe this should be taught at the Red Cross or YMCAs in Chicongo. CPR is so yesterday.

Once again, the crazies running Democrat cities prove that the satirists at Babylon Bee are far behind.
I strongly recommend that he City of Chicago provide access to “Home Undertaker Kits”, and have them distributed anywhere Democrats commit misrule. This would include the entire state of Illinois. Since no one can guarantee anyone’s safety in the current dismal political environment in that state, proper burial of friends, family, and neighbors should be a priority.
As we have seen historically, there are profound health threats associated with piles of bodies in the streets and residential areas of Chicago, not to mention the odor. It is recommended also that the Mayor of Chicago be removed, as she is a threat by her very incompetence and criminality to the health of all citizens of that city.
They need to hand out bulletproof vests and infantry helmets to the kids that keep getting killed by crossfire and stray bullets..
